Meet Jeannie Coïa Residential Real Estate Broker

Jeannie began her career in real estate as an administrative assistant. She fell in love with the business and, after getting a diploma in Marketing, got her license to become a real estate broker.

Jeannie’s background in marketing makes her a valuable member of the Campbell-Cornoni Team. Developing marketing strategies for clients, taking advantage of social media and building networks are some of her specialties, which means that not only do Jeannie’s clients get to work with an excellent marketer, the team as a whole can offer a more comprehensive service to all of its clients.

Creative, enthusiastic and tenacious, Jeannie jumps right in and does whatever it takes to get the job done. She’s the broker you want on your side when you’re looking for your dream property. She specializes in Montreal’s West Island and Laval, helping her clients buy and sell houses and condos. She’s also a great asset to clients looking for apartment rentals.

With 5 years in the business under her belt, she’s got the experience, tenacity and skills to offer her clients the best possible service.

Q: Of what career achievement are you the most proud?

A : The real estate business is extremely competitive and it can be so hard to get clients when you’re first starting out. I’m proud that I’ve stuck it out and that I’m building a clientele when colleagues who got their licenses at the same time I did are giving up.

Q: What’s the best thing about being a real estate broker?

A : The best thing about being a broker is that you get out what you put into it. That, and not being stuck behind a desk 9-5!

Q: What would you like people to know about you as a broker?

A : Even though I’m young, I am extremely capable. And as part of a team, I can give my clients the same level of service as more seasoned brokers. I’m very motivated and I won’t quit until my clients are satisfied.

Q: What’s something most people don’t know about you?

A : I played soccer all through high school. I was on the Équipe de Québec and had the privilege of trying out for the Canadian National Soccer Team.
